Policies

Processing time does not include shipping time. Please review turnaround time (TAT) before placing your order to ensure you receive your item on time. Turnaround times are based on my current workload and does not include weekends and/or holidays. If an order is placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday please know that the turn around time starts on the next business day.

Made to order(MTO) and Custom Orders: 15-20 business days processing time (not including weekends and holidays)

Ready to Ship(RTS): 3-4 business days with no personalization and 5-7 business days with personalization (not including weekends and holidays)

When placing orders, please do not purchase an RTS item together with MTO or custom items because of the significant difference in turn around times. If you do, all items will be shipped together upon completion. 

I do not send daily/regular order updates. I wish I could, but I do not have enough hours in the day, and try get as much work time as possible to get orders out in a timely manner. This takes time away from me being able to do that. However you may always email me at info@kreativesbykia.com

RUSH MY ORDER:

I offer rush orders based on work load for an additional fee. Please message me if you are needing an order rushed before placing your order. Please note the rush fee is per item. Please select the rush fee option by selecting the box, before carting your item. Please note the rush fee is per item. 

SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped via USPS. Subject to change during the holiday season. Shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 business days depending on where you are located in the US. This does not include holidays, Sundays or any other delays regarding whether/USPS delays. Tracking is included and will be provided to you. I am not responsible for packages once it is in the hands of USPS. Please make sure to double check your shipping address. I can not be held responsible for address incorrections on your end. Should there be any damages during shipping, please reach out to me with photos within 24 hours.  No exceptions. Shipping time is not the same as turn around time. USPS has had an overload in packages due to COVID19 and may be delayed.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURN POLICY AND ORDER CHANGES:

I do not offer exchanges, returns, or cancellations due to the nature of my work. All sales are final.   

Custom orders take time to design and create. To prevent any errors or mistakes from happening, I only accept changes within the first 24 hours of placing your order.

Each item is handmade by myself with lots of love and attention to detail. There maybe minor imperfections (i.e. specs of glitter on non-glittered cups, small bumps). I inspect each item prior to being packaged and shipped to ensure I delivery a high quality product.  Keep in mind that due to the handmade nature of these items, no two items are the same and colors may vary due to computer screen resolutions. 

Every Tumbler is made with the highest quality Glitter, vinyl, and FDA Approved Food Safe Epoxy (Resin) that gives each tumbler high shine and a glass-like smoothness finish.
