How This Works

Kreatives by Kia offers Custom, Made to Order, and Ready to Ship Tumblers.

CUSTOM: Custom orders are orders that I have not created. Customs tend to have a longer turn around time. More than likely, I have not made this item before. It requires more time creating decals, designing images, editing and putting colors/glitters together to bring the product together. Current TAT is 20 business days.

RTS: Ready to sell/ship items are ones I created and are done and ready to sell/ship, some may require a few extra steps. Some items can be personalized with name and will require an additional 7 business days. If no personalization is wanted, the item will ship in 3-4 business days. RTS drops will be announced via Instagram and/or Facebook. These items are uniquely designed and are unlikely to return.

MTO: Made to Order items are previously listed items. I only accept MTO orders when I post that I am accepting them. Please be sure you are following me on Instagram and/or Facebook. These items do not require designing from scratch since all designs have been previously created and edited to fit the product. Personalization (name) can be added to some MTO products. TAT is 15-20 business days.
